I don't know you really well, so let's start with our programming skills. Could everyone of you please post his programming skills and experience in years.

So I will do a start:

Programming languages
Java: 5 years
JSP/JSF/RichFaces: 1 year
PHP: 5+ years
C++: 1 year
C: none
Objective-C: none
C#: none

as we need some Database skills for our app, I will add my experience here as well:

Database
Oracle DB
PL/SQL
PostgreSQL
MYSQL

Java: 3 years

PHP: 1 year

C/C#: 2 years

Objective-C: 2 weeks

Databases include:

MySQL: 2years

MSAccess: 4 years

Mobile Development:

lots of games.

I do web development at work and work with ASP and use the following:
VBScript
Javascript
HTML (of course)
CSS
SQL Server

I've studied these but never had the chance to use these in the real world:
C#
VB
PHP (a tiny bit)
MySQL
MSAccess
